I had a mixed experience at the Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park during my stay. On one hand, the staff was friendly and really tried to help, and the pools were enjoyable. But on the other hand, the room conditions were disappointing, with cleanliness issues and old furnishings. Overall, it felt like the hotel was lacking in several basic standards.
